Materials & Size Guide

This bandana is beautifully hand-crafted from cotton and anti-pill fleece fabric, providing a soft and gentle feel that’s comfortable for all-day wear. It is stitched with durable 100% polyester thread and held in place by a snap button, ensuring the bandana holds up through countless adventures, playful antics and washes. This bandana combines effortless style with practicality, making it an ideal choice for both everyday use and special occasions.

Measurements are from snap to snap. Please refer to our size guide, when in doubt size up. *Note: There may be slight size variations as products are handmade.

XS: Fits neck size 9-11”
S: Fits neck size 12-15”
M: Fits neck size 15-17”
L: Fits neck size 18-20”
XL: Fits neck size 21-23”
XXL: Fits neck size 24-26”

Care Instructions

To keep your bandana or bowtie looking its best:

– Hand wash in cold water using mild detergent

– If machine washing, use a gentle cycle and place the item in a laundry bag

– Do not bleach

– Lay flat to dry or hang — avoid using a dryer to prevent shrinking or damage

– For embroidered items, avoid excessive rubbing or scrubbing over the design

– Iron on low heat if needed (do not iron directly over embroidery)

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. After processed time they will be shipped to you. Carriers: We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds:

We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

– Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

– Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned

– Sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges

– Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Process:

1. Email us at barkingtonco@gmail.com with your order number and return request

2. We will provide you with return instructions

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or colour? we offer exchanges within 14 days for items that are:

– Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition (no pet hairs or odors)

Exchange process:

1. Email us at barkingtonco@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.

2. We will provide you with exchange instructions.

Custom & personalized items cannot be exchanged- since custom orders are made just for your pup, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Email us at barkingtonco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item (as seemed fit) at no extra cost to you!

Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.
