Returns & Refunds:
We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
– Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
– Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned
– Sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges
– Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Process:
1. Email us at barkingtonco@gmail.com with your order number and return request
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or colour? we offer exchanges within 14 days for items that are:
– Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition (no pet hairs or odors)
Exchange process:

2. We will provide you with exchange instructions.
Custom & personalized items cannot be exchanged- since custom orders are made just for your pup, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Email us at barkingtonco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item (as seemed fit) at no extra cost to you!
Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.
